Erin Walker (she/her) is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant at Inclusive Kind. She has a B.A. in International Development and African Studies from McGill University, as well as an M.Sc. in Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science. This, coupled with her workplace experience in adult learning & development, provides a unique lens through which to view her work. Having focused her previous academic work heavily on working toward equity worldwide, Erin has decided to now take a look in her own backyard. As she grows in her career in the DEI space, she becomes increasingly passionate about helping clients understand key issues faced by Indigenous peoples today from a historical, critical, and (most importantly) Indigenous perspective.

Gabby Zuniga (She/Her) is the Co-Founder of HearU and Founder and Principal Consultant at Inclusive Kind. She has an extensive background in DEIresearch, analysis, and development, and is passionate about creating inclusive organizational cultures where everyone can thrive and succeed. Through her practice, she focuses on creating sustainable change by using evidence-based approaches, keeping it simple, and educating those around her on the benefits of DEI.
