Pascale Ropars

Pascale is the Science Manager at ArcticNet, where she manages the core research programs and knowledge mobilization initiatives. She has a background in plant ecology and has worked with a range of empirical approaches and models to study the impact of environmental changes on plant and animal communities. She has been passionate about the North ever since she worked on these lands for the first time in 2007. She also works hand-in-hand with different organizations and initiatives to make Arctic research as inclusive and diverse as it can be.
