Joanna Hosa

Joanna Hosa is the Partnerships and Grants Manger at ArcticNet. She works on advancing collaborations with ArcticNet’s diverse network of partners, including Indigenous organizations, northern communities,  government agencies, universities, philanthropic organizations, and the private sector.

She is also a policy fellow with the European Council on Foreign Relations, where her research focuses on Arctic governance.

Joanna is an experienced partnerships manager and policy analyst, and has previously worked with universities, think-tanks, civil society organizations, and government institutions across London, Paris, Brussels, and Montreal. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the College of Europe.
