I am currently a Ph.D. student at Carleton University in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies. My project aims to develop permafrost climate services, meaning permafrost information that could be used by engineers and local communities to inform their decision-making in the context of climate change. This research is part of the NSERC PermafrostNet efforts.
During my Masters, I had the chance to spend a semester in Sisimiut, Greenland. This fascinating experience inspired my desire to learn more about the effects of climate change on local communities.
