ArcticNet launched its Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy in November 2020 as a first step towards putting its commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion into action across the Network.

Today, ArcticNet is pleased to publish Key Performance Indicators aimed to measure and evaluate the implementation of the EDI strategy in a concrete way. This report is just one more step in ArcticNet’s ongoing efforts to build a more inclusive Arctic research community.

This report is a living document which aims to capture the range experiences of ArcticNet members. Indigenous, Inuit, and other equity-seeking groups were consulted in the report’s development. The engagement process included workshops, in-depth interview with stakeholders and a public presentation of findings supported by secondary research. ArcticNet invites feedback on this report and the KPIs listed within.
